HOW TO MEASURE YOUR DOG’S NECK
Measure your dogs neck where the collar will naturally sit. Use a tape measure allowing two fingers to snugly fit between the tape and your dog’s neck. If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of string, then measure the length with a ruler.
PREMIUM LEASH SIZING
Our leashes are one size. The length of each item is 117cm and the width is 2.5cm
All of our leashes can match any size of our collars.
HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR YOUR PREMIUM ITEMS
First step is to brush your item with a fabric brush, which will remove any lint or dirt from the fabric’s surface. You can also use a vacuum with a soft-bristle attachment to clean the material. Step 2, Dampen a lint-free cloth with tepid water and gently dabbing the affected area, moving up and down slowly as to avoid embedding the stain in the velvet fibers. You’ll need to wait for the fabric to dry fully to see if the spot disappears. If you still spot stains, pick a bowl full of lukewarm water. Add a tablespoon of baking soda and two tablespoons of lemon water. Once the mixture is ready, take a cotton cloth and dip it into the bowl. Apply it gently on the stains or any other affected area.
